How can I get inserted PDFs to show in Printed Documentation in RH8?

I have inserted PDFs within my user guide. When I generated Printed Documentation into a Word document, the PDFs do not show. I also tried generating the Printed Documentation as a PDF and the inserted PDFs still do not display.

We want to print the user guide and mail it out to a pilot group but without the inserted PDFs printing, the guide is incomplete.

Any suggestions?
