Hi,
My writing team consists of multiple authors in separate regional locations who share access to the same Help systems that are all stored in RoboSource control. We're all using RoboHelp 9.0.2.271, with RoboSource Control 3.1.
When I open a Help project stored in source control, the Review Pane for the project is empty (showing no tracked changes). But when I open a topic that an author has modified, the HTML content of that topic has been updated from source control to show tracked changes. For example:

<?rh-track_start type="Inserted" reviewer="Claudine"
time="20130517161200+0100"
trackid="t402773373"
style="text-decoration: underline; "
color="008000" ?>10.1 Enhancements<?rh-track_end type="Inserted"
?>

And the RoboHelp editor gives me the option to Accept or Reject the change.
Apparently, the Review Pane is populating only for each individual author who makes changes, and is displaying only their tracked changes. My question is why the Review Pane (which is essential for locating changes made throughout the project) is not populating to include all topics with modified content in source control.
Thanks,
Jeremy
