Issue with WebHelp output for RoboHelp 9 in IE 11

Hi,

When the WebHelp output for RoboHelp 9 is viewed in Internet Explorer 11, the following issues arise:

1. Search functionality in WebHelp displays no search results.
2. The WebHelp TOC do not display any entries.

Tried to fix the issue with the patch available in the link (http://www.wvanweelden.eu/blog/2014/06/14/ie11-patch-robohelp-9)
The webhelp doesnt open after the patch is applied.
